So yesterday I was being interviewed for an online magazine - answering the usual questions like; ‘how did you start modelling?’ and ‘what’s the worst experience you’ve encountered?’ - but one of their questions actually grabbed my attention….
‘who are your favourite photographers?’
SO many names and images came into my head at the point….I have soooo many favourites! Photography is really a major interest of mine - it always has been - even before it was part of my career!
I thought i’d share a few of those faves with you guys…
Terry Richardson has become a bit of a celebrity as well as one of the most prolific photographers around today. I just love the way he can capture humour, tragedy, beauty and sex all at the same time! The man’s a genius in my eyes. This image is one of my favourites…
Then of course, there’s
Kai Z Feng….he baffles me with his immense talent at such a young age! - (he’s only in his early 20s!!). He has shot campaigns for Burberry and featured in the best fashion mags, including Vogue Italia and Plastique.
The stunning work of French born photographer,
Catherine Servel gets my attention every time. She uses the most beautiful colour palettes and you can feel emotion in her work. Truly outstanding…
Those were just a few…the list could go on and on and it’s growing every day, as I discover new creatives all the time!
